Senior Content Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI content infrastructure, including Claude skills and MCP integrations
• Act as the final reviewer for content produced by AI-assisted workflows and engineers
• Define content structures and metadata standards for machine readability and agent consumption
• Train and support engineers and PMs to document features using custom tools and frameworks
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure documentation-ready context for new features
• Build automated loops to identify content gaps and track documentation satisfaction
• Work with Developer Advocates to refine tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation

Requirements

• Ability to read and write code (TypeScript or Python preferred)
• Experience building integrations and working with SDKs and APIs
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
• Systems thinking mindset focused on pipelines and frameworks
• Professional-level fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Developer Advocacy or DevRel
• Experience building MCP servers or AI agent integrations
• Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows (e.g., Mintlify, Docusaurus)
• Proven track record of enabling non-writers to produce high-quality content
• Contributions to open-source documentation or developer communities
