Job description
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including SaaS, customer, partner, and vendor agreements
- Lead negotiations for customer and vendor agreements within established approval frameworks
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract language, negotiation strategies, and contractual risk
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal to support commercial transactions
- Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, amendment, and renewal
- Maintain accurate contract records within Salesforce, Apttus, or other CLM systems
- Recommend improvements to contract templates, playbooks, and workflows
- Leverage AI-enabled tools for contract review, drafting, and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in contracts management
- Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS, software subscription, and technology agreements
- Experience using CLM systems, Salesforce, or Apttus
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, JD, or Certificate in Contract Management
- Experience negotiating agreements with government entities
- Familiarity with HIPAA, BAAs, and healthcare regulatory considerations
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity or CLM tools
