Job description

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including SaaS, customer, partner, and vendor agreements
  • Lead negotiations for customer and vendor agreements within established approval frameworks
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contract language, negotiation strategies, and contractual risk
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal to support commercial transactions
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, amendment, and renewal
  • Maintain accurate contract records within Salesforce, Apttus, or other CLM systems
  • Recommend improvements to contract templates, playbooks, and workflows
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for contract review, drafting, and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in contracts management
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS, software subscription, and technology agreements
  • Experience using CLM systems, Salesforce, or Apttus
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, JD, or Certificate in Contract Management
  • Experience negotiating agreements with government entities
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, BAAs, and healthcare regulatory considerations
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity or CLM tools
