Job description

Responsibilities

  • Independently review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including customer, reseller, vendor, and federal/SLED contracts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters
  • Interpret contractual rights, obligations, and terms and conditions
  • Work with Professional Services to track and fulfill client contractual obligations
  • Develop solutions to complex contractual problems and provide guidance to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with Fortune 200/500 customers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field, or Paralegal Certificate
  • Proficiency with CLM platforms (Ironclad preferred) and Salesforce
  • Strong business-oriented mindset to translate legal complexity into actionable guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate remotely and asynchronously
