Senior Corporate Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of group legal strategy and contribute to the delivery of the organization’s general business strategy
• Lead and support a wide variety of transactional, reorganization, and corporate governance initiatives
• Assist in transactional activities including M&A, majority and minority investments, joint ventures, and global restructurings
• Draft and review legal documents while providing holistic risk assessments to enhance business value
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to provide support on legal matters of varying complexity and sensitivity
• Provide training and counsel to non-legal colleagues to promote risk management awareness
• Manage legal responses to corporate matters and lead negotiations with external parties

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant corporate legal experience
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience, typically working at a top law firm or in-house at a high-growth company
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions globally
• Strong legal drafting, interpretation, and analytical skills
• Exceptional business acumen and the ability to execute creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently on complex projects while remaining a strong team player
