Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise, commercial, and mid-market sales teams to negotiate complex, high-value agreements
• Develop playbooks and processes to accelerate future deals
• Handle a diverse range of legal issues including open-source and proprietary licensing, data governance, and regulatory compliance
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and scale impact
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to support growth

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and intellectual property licenses
• Proven ability to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance
• Experience building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ability to implement scalable legal processes

• Experience with AI-driven legal workflows
