Responsibilities

• Architect regulatory frameworks for a new paradigm in Web3 wagering
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build features that are compliant by design
• Navigate global expansion by identifying launch opportunities and strategic moves
• Conduct candid risk assessments to enable bold business movement
• Build and manage a global network of mission-aligned outside counsel

Requirements

• Deep experience in the iGaming, Casino, or Sportsbook industry
• Law degree with a strong legal foundation
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Commercially savvy approach to legal and regulatory challenges
