Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic legal partner during a pivotal phase of growth
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Privacy teams to provide guidance on clinical practice, telehealth, and regulatory implications
• Act as the primary regulatory attorney for Clinical and Operations teams
• Translate complex healthcare regulations into actionable guidance and tools
• Anticipate regulatory challenges and develop proactive solutions
• Partner on policy development, audit response, and remediation strategies

Requirements

• Significant healthcare regulatory experience
• Expertise in health technology and corporate practice of medicine
• Experience in behavioral health regulation
• Proven ability to balance compliance with business objectives in fast-paced environments
