Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative process for Meta, turning research and insights into high-converting concepts, scripts, briefs, and storyboards
  • Create, produce, and test 100+ ad creatives a month with a focus on clarity, storytelling, and measurable impact
  • Translate performance signals (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPE, CPA) into actionable creative strategy
  • Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to write briefs that bring ideas to life at scale
  • Experiment with new formats, visual styles, and production approaches to differentiate Scribe in the market
  • Stay updated on cultural shifts, platform changes, and emerging creative techniques

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing
  • 2-3+ years of experience specifically in a creative strategy role
  • Hands-on creative craft experience including scripting, storyboarding, and video editing
  • Strong performance fluency with Meta’s ad formats and algorithmic behaviors
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments
  • Ability to turn raw data into creative insights
  • Proficiency using AI tools as an accelerant for research and iteration
