Senior Creator Growth Manager

Kit is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease, providing a marketing hub to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to high-impact creator accounts to optimize email strategy and business growth
• Manage a portfolio of 50-75 high-value creator accounts (~$1m ARR)
• Drive retention and expansion by identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface creator needs and improve experience
• Drive feature adoption and increase customer engagement through proactive, strategic guidance
• Develop account plans and success strategies to support scalable growth

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships
• Experience supporting creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs
• Proven track record managing high-value customer portfolios with quantifiable impact
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling SaaS environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and product usage analytics
• Strong data fluency regarding email performance, user behavior, and retention KPIs
• Excellent consultative communication skills (written, verbal, and async)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Claude
• Experience leading customer strategy across onboarding, renewals, and risk mitigation
