Senior Credit and Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead collection activities to reduce past-due receivables and improve DSO
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Accounting to resolve invoice disputes
• Monitor AR aging, unapplied cash, and customer deductions
• Coach, develop, and manage the Credit and Collections team
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Identify and escalate security risks to leadership

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, or finance operations
• Prior leadership experience of a credit and collections team
• Experience managing an AR portfolio of at least $1.1 billion
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and B2B risk assessment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
• Must be based in the United States
