Senior Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for strategic enterprise customers
• Drive platform adoption and long-term customer value through the full lifecycle
• Serve as a senior technical advisor and subject matter expert on the Builder platform
• Design and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and troubleshooting
• Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback and implementation patterns
• Develop scalable resources including documentation, playbooks, and code samples
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of front-end engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise-scale customers
• Deep knowledge of APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, and headless/composable architecture
• Experience with AI-powered development workflows or LLM-enabled products
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking skills
