Senior Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
• Own long-term technical relationships to ensure alignment between customer goals and product roadmap
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth
• Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Workers AI and AI Gateway
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
