Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Edge AI

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon, and Leviathan AI Factory
• Own on-site and in-country deployments across Saudi Arabia and the broader ME region
• Manage infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers post go-live
• Build and drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) to align deployment with customer business objectives
• Identify expansion opportunities for additional deployments and GPUaaS capacity
• Ensure customer environments remain stable, secure, and production-ready
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to deployment standards and runbooks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or technical account roles
• Deep technical expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute
• Proven ability to own both hands-on delivery and long-term customer technical relationships
• Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments
• Experience working with customers in regulated, high-stakes settings
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the broader ME region
• Clear and confident communication skills for executive and engineering audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with edge compute, modular data centers, or distributed infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI workloads, GPU clusters, and high-performance computing
• Exposure to sovereign or national-scale customer environments
• Experience operating in UAE, Saudi Arabia, or across the ME region
