Senior Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with an assigned portfolio of enterprise customers
• Drive adoption of new and existing product features to ensure measurable ROI
• Lead impactful strategy sessions to implement innovative SMS marketing strategies
• Partner with account teams to identify and execute upsell and renewal opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address technical issues
• Leverage AI tools and internal systems to streamline workflows and enhance customer interactions

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS, marketing, or e-commerce technology
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate complex tools and AI-powered workflows
• Proven understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing strategies
• Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or account management experience
