Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of 15-20 enterprise accounts to drive adoption and measurable value
  • Own the post-sales relationship end to end, including renewals and expansion
  • Lead product trainings, workflow discussions, and enablement sessions
  • Analyze telemetry and adoption patterns to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Field Engineers on strategic account planning
  • Conduct regular customer cadences and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product direction

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, technical support, or similar)
  • Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in developer tooling, observability, or infrastructure
  • Experience managing a large and varied book of business
  • CS, engineering, or technical undergraduate background
