About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customers to build relationships and drive account growth
  • Deliver timely, professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Help customers navigate platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • Surface customer feedback to product teams to shape improvements
  • Support the Customer Success Team with administrative and operational work
  • Lead and contribute to Customer Success projects to improve processes and engagement

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Fluent German and excellent written/spoken English
  • Solid grasp of customer success principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity
