Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze options and TradFi trading user behavior across the full lifecycle
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for product performance
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on options product performance, including Greeks and IV trends
• Perform analyses on TradFi perpetual products like equities, indices, and forex
• Identify high-value user segments and model trading lifetime value
• Monitor data quality and resolve metric discrepancies
• Support business and risk teams with ad-hoc data requests and A/B test analysis
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize reporting

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Background in options trading, derivatives, or TradFi financial products
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Solid understanding of options mechanics, Greeks, and implied volatility
• Familiarity with TradFi asset classes and perpetual contracts
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working across different timezones

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto options products and DeFi protocols
• Experience with trading flow analysis and market microstructure
• Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative techniques
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or traditional brokerage
• Understanding of options market-making and hedging workflows
