Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan user behavior across the full lifecycle including application, disbursement, and repayment patterns
• Build and maintain dashboards to track loan product performance and portfolio health
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on draw-down trends, interest yield, and user retention
• Identify high-value and high-risk user segments to support credit strategy and risk optimization
• Monitor data quality and resolve metric discrepancies across loan and customer systems
• Support product and risk teams with ad-hoc data requests and A/B test analysis
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for loan-related datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize reporting and metrics

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Background in lending products, consumer finance, credit risk, or fintech
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle analysis and LTV modeling
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and across different timezones

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto lending products or DeFi lending mechanisms
• Experience with credit scoring, risk modeling, or collections analysis
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or neobank
