Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle including tier qualification, engagement, and churn signals
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track VIP program performance and key user health indicators
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance, subscription flows, and yield trends
• Identify high-value user segments and model LTV to support retention strategies
• Monitor data quality and integrity across VIP and Earn systems
• Support business and product teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn-related datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and standardize reporting

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Background in financial products, wealth management, or fintech
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle analysis (activation, retention, churn, LTV)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto financial products such as staking or DeFi yield mechanisms
• Experience analyzing high-value or tiered user programs
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or digital asset platform
