Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve conceptual and logical data models across core banking domains (customer, account, product, transaction).
• Perform hands-on SQL analysis to profile datasets, validate definitions, reconcile discrepancies, and identify data gaps.
• Provide modelling-aligned architecture inputs (conformed entities, keys, reference/master data, integration patterns, semantic layer considerations).
• Drive standardisation of data definitions and produce practical artefacts (data dictionary, glossary, mappings, documentation).
• Partner with delivery, platform and engineering teams to support metadata, lineage, governance, and ensure modelling decisions are adopted.
• Run working sessions with stakeholders, document decisions, and maintain momentum across delivery phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with lakehouse architectures and enterprise BI/semantic layers.
• Consulting background (e.g., Big 4 or large systems integrator) is a plus.
