Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights
• Design and develop data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and accuracy
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users and share analytics best practices
• Document solution architecture, data models, and technical designs
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, or data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire development and administration
• Strong SQL experience including stored procedures, RLS, and ABAC
• Knowledge of data lakes, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred
