Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product, business, development, and data engineering teams to guide sales, marketing, and growth teams
• Translate product and business questions into analysis and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and dashboards
• Own end-to-end analytics for Marketing and Growth Products, including data requirement gathering, opportunity sizing, and post-launch impact analyses
• Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic link between technology, business, and product
• Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role
• Excellent SQL skills
• Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing digital product experiments (A/B testing, multivariate, etc.)
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Looker
• Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python and tools such as Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter/iPython notebooks
• Excellent spoken and written English
