Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, operations, product, and engineering teams to develop analytics solutions
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and self-service tools to monitor performance
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design and maintain data models within the data warehouse
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics or data science, preferably in healthcare tech or startups
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for complex data transformations
• Experience manipulating large datasets from disparate sources
• Proficiency with clinical data tools (EMR systems) and visualization tools like Tableau or Hex
• Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations like HIPAA
• Experience with healthcare quality metrics and patient satisfaction measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dbt, Git, Python, or R
• Prior experience using AI tools in professional workflows
