Senior Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third party integrations, and end user data enablement
• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for the data stack, metrics layers, and proprietary data models
• Own third party integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, and clinical systems
• Ensure data quality and reliability through validation, monitoring, and alerting
• Identify practical applications for AI and automation to add value to end data users
• Enable self-serve analytics, attribution, and segmentation for non-technical teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations partners

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of experience specifically on data platforms, data products, or data infrastructure
• Working fluency with the modern data stack (ELT, cloud warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI, semantic layers, and reverse ETL)
• Proficiency in reading and writing SQL
• Experience owning metric definitions and governance across multiple teams
• Proven track record of building self-serve data capabilities for non-technical users
• Familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs and decision-support systems
