Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, Jerry has expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace, reaching over 5M customers and becoming profitable in early 2024.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, and run experiments to move key business metrics
• Surface data insights and provide actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams
• Own the analytical function for an embedded business unit (Growth, Product, AI/Automation, or Strategic Partnerships) end-to-end

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth technology environments or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Ability to work as a first principles thinker in an embedded team structure
