Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Build and ship ML models for offer personalization, ranking, and targeting
• Develop features and training pipelines on large-scale event and transaction datasets
• Design and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments
• Apply causal inference methods to quantify partner ROI and user behavior changes
• Partner with ML and Data Engineers to productionize models and feature stores
• Improve ranking and recommendation systems to optimize engagement and retention
• Translate complex modeling outputs into actionable insights for internal and external teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science with applied machine learning in production
• Strong experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, or personalization
• Solid grounding in statistics, A/B testing, and incrementality measurement
• Experience with causal inference approaches for observational data
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/XGBoost) and SQL
• Experience with large-scale datasets and event-driven or transaction-level data
• Familiarity with modern data/ML stacks like Spark, Airflow, dbt, or AWS/GCP
• Ability to work during U.S. core business hours
