Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experimentation and analytical workflows to drive business decisions
• Partner with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to design experiments, features, and metrics
• Optimize data pipelines for media data including audio and text
• Contribute to the evolution of data infrastructure for advanced capabilities like multimodal data modeling
• Design, analyze, and interpret experiments to produce actionable product insights
• Translate complex analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations

Requirements

• Strong analytical background in statistics, experimentation, or causal inference
• Several years of real-world experience in data science or research-oriented roles
• Ability to operate independently and pragmatically in a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated ability to guide experimentation from design through interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with media-centric data such as audio, video, or text
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and model evaluation
• Experience with OOP languages, particularly JavaScript
• Background in voice AI, speech, or media AI research
