Senior Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
• Serve as the primary client liaison for executive and technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation teams of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
• Drive agile practices including sprint or Kanban planning and execution
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives
• Present project progress and deliverables using visual storytelling
• Communicate project health and business value to executive teams
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing or analytics contexts
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments
