Senior Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects
• Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, managing dependencies and blockers
• Guide feature design and prioritization using AI to inform decision-making
• Lead client calls to align on business requirements and develop roadmaps
• Manage daily agile activities including stand-ups, refinement sessions, and client demos
• Monitor and document scope changes, risks, and dependencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running scrum ceremonies
• Experience writing detailed user stories
• Experience working directly with clients
• Ability to lead teams using AI tools for delivery and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
