Senior Designer, MENASA

Responsibilities

• Follow and interpret creative direction to deliver compelling, brand-aligned creative for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of integrated creative campaigns.
• Plan and create effective communications, creative design, and content alongside design leads and senior designers.
• Act as the Creative POC and lead creative efforts for local marketing teams in the MENASA region and beyond.
• Challenge and innovate in creative design.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within daily creative processes.
• Deliver engaging digital creative campaigns for acquisition and retention teams to boost brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
• Utilize brand design lead insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Create and deliver brand and content assets for all Binance's creative needs.
• Review and optimize creative designs regularly.
• Self-manage daily tasks to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the creative team.
• Guide and share experience with junior team members and assist onboarding new designers.
• Work with third-party suppliers and freelance resources when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Global and MENASA Marketing teams and other business functions.
• Continuously challenge and innovate to develop the team's design, digital, and social media capabilities.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years as a designer within a creative team (global business or agency experience).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced online business (lifestyle, sports, fashion, or crypto preferred), delivering quality creative assets.
• Customer-centric and brand-focused design approach.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Experience with team best practices.
• Full design process expertise: concept, development, production, and delivery.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Knowledge of 3D software and Gen AI is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and EQ skills.
• Experience working with third-party agencies.
• Positive and influential personality.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Asana, Google Docs, etc.
