Senior Developer Educator

Responsibilities:

• Write code that enables developers to be successful with LaunchDarkly. This code may be part of our documentation, technical tutorials on the blog, an open source project, or another developer service.
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure that our products are developer-centric.
• Mentor other Developer Educators and Developer Experience Engineers on the team.
• Assist our docs team in determining the information architecture for our documentation.
• Create projects & tutorials with our API and interact with developers in our community.
• Determine the current and future direction of our developer outreach channels.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in at least one programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Firsthand knowledge of DevOps, modern software development.
• Self-starter attitude, empathetic, and motivated to serve developers.
