Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS
• Lead platform engineering initiatives to improve developer productivity and deployment velocity
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and self-service platform capabilities
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response
• Partner with engineering and security teams to improve system reliability and cloud security
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of DevOps and SRE practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Deep hands-on experience designing and securing AWS environments
• Strong expertise with Terraform
• Experience managing containerized workloads using ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
• Experience with observability platforms like New Relic, Datadog, or CloudWatch
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or Go

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating large-scale, multi-account AWS environments
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Experience implementing SRE practices including SLOs and SLIs
• AWS Professional or Security Specialty certifications
