Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure including EKS, RDS, SQS, S3, and OpenSearch
• Manage and scale GCP environments supporting AI services and BigQuery data pipelines
• Maintain infrastructure across Cloudflare and Hetzner, including networking and edge services
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform across multiple cloud providers
• Maintain Kubernetes-based production environments ensuring high availability and autoscaling
• Refine monitoring, logging, alerting, and APM observability tooling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and developer experience
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs through FinOps practices
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical infrastructure incidents

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial DevOps experience
• 5+ years of practical experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch)
• Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced experience with Terraform (modules, state management, multi-provider)
• Hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery, Compute Engine, or data pipelines)
• Strong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
• Fluency in Ukrainian for internal team communication
• Availability to work within CET/EET time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloudflare, R2, or edge services
• Experience with Hetzner infrastructure
• Experience optimizing OpenSearch or ELK stack performance
• Experience supporting infrastructure for AI/ML workloads
• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization
• Experience mentoring other engineers or leading DevOps initiatives
