Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and continuously improve cloud security and DevSecOps practices across the organization
• Design and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Lead the design and implementation of foundational security capabilities including IAM, secrets management, and network security
• Own and evolve monitoring, alerting, and observability using Datadog
• Drive security governance and GRC-related initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Security Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven track record of delivering security and infrastructure improvements in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance frameworks
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms
