Senior Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touchpoints
• Translate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions
• Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, and analytics
• Manage and mentor the App & Data Product Manager
• Partner with eCommerce, Loyalty, and Paid Media teams to ensure technical alignment
• Manage delivery with external agencies and engineering partners
• Ensure platform performance, resilience, and security during peak trading periods
• Define success metrics focused on speed to market, stability, and scalability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management or technical product roles
• At least 5 years of Shopify platform experience
• Proven experience owning platform or capability roadmaps
• Strong understanding of Shopify-centric ecosystems, including CMS, Martech, and analytics
• Experience mentoring product managers
• Strong technical fluency and analytical thinking skills
