Senior Digital Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Design digital visual assets for web, social, email, and/or advertising campaigns
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand visual designs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver design solutions
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure consistency across visual assets and adherence to brand standards
• Manage own timelines to deliver quality work within project deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital visual design
• Exposure to or experience in the Pharma Industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital formats
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital design best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Availability for up to 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agencies or multiple concurrent clients
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in digital design
• Experience with ISI
