Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the Ecosystems team in the Middle East & Africa to exceed company objectives
- Develop a results-driven sales culture focused on bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Track sales activity, manage development projects, and analyze metrics
- Define and implement channel business strategy (GSI, MSSP, CSP, VAR, Distributors, etc.)
- Carry complete sales quota for the region and ensure accurate forecasting
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership
- Develop and deliver ecosystem strategy to drive exponential growth through partnerships
- Expand into new partners, customers, and markets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction via competent partnerships, especially at C-Level
- Advise internal sales leaders and partner executives
- Influence corporate ecosystem program direction
- Champion continuous innovation and operational excellence
- Oversee marketing and sales programs for accelerated growth
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team
Requirements
- Extensive people management experience (typically 10+ years, including 2nd line leadership)
- Demonstrable success (typically 12+ years) across multiple routes to market: GSI, Service Provider, Cloud Provider, VARs, or Distributors
- Proven track record building offerings via Systems Integrators, Service Providers, or Consultancies
- Understanding of enterprise sales methodologies; preferably experience with direct customer engagements
- Growth mindset with ability to quickly learn, create initiatives, and execute effectively
- Strong strategic thinker able to anticipate and solve near/long-term development issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
