Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
- Build board-ready materials, executive presentations, and internal communications
- Synthesize commercial insights and data points for executive decision-making
- Own program management for non-sales commercial projects across marketing and operations
- Manage dependencies, meeting cadences, and HubSpot hygiene
- Lead adoption and change management for new tools and processes
- Deploy AI agents and build AI-powered workflows to improve productivity
- Lead internal commercial special projects and high-priority CCO initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 3–5 years in management consulting (strategy, operations, or GTM focus)
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents and LLM-based workflows
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- High proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercialization experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
