Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
  • Build board-ready materials, executive presentations, and internal communications
  • Synthesize commercial insights and data points for executive decision-making
  • Own program management for non-sales commercial projects across marketing and operations
  • Manage dependencies, meeting cadences, and HubSpot hygiene
  • Lead adoption and change management for new tools and processes
  • Deploy AI agents and build AI-powered workflows to improve productivity
  • Lead internal commercial special projects and high-priority CCO initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3–5 years in management consulting (strategy, operations, or GTM focus)
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI agents and LLM-based workflows
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
  • High proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of commercialization experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
