Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for external audiences
• Execute communication plans conveying the real-world value of company products
• Cultivate relationships with U.S. payers, academic institutions, KOLs, and policy stakeholders
• Contribute to integrated evidence generation plans using field-generated real-world data
• Partner with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
• Support site readiness and operationalization of patient care sites regarding reimbursement and economics
• Contribute to account planning with cross-functional field-based teams
• Present disease-related and healthcare economic information to decision makers
• Represent the company at national and international conferences

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, MD, PhD, PharmD) in life sciences, health services research, or operations science
• 7-10 years of experience in field-facing roles and applied health economics in industry
• Experience in psychiatry or neuroscience therapeutic areas preferred
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare system and market access environment
• Understanding of RWE generation and US datasets across Phase 3 and Phase 4 studies
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly (projected 50% - 70%)
