Responsibilities

  • Pioneer new markets by identifying and securing strategic enterprise partners for embedded BNPL offerings
  • Manage a robust pipeline of high-value, complex opportunities with a strong sense of urgency
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives at prospective partner organizations
  • Lead complex negotiations for legal and economic terms within term sheets and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to incorporate market feedback into product development
  • Lead partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment and successful go-live

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech
  • Proven track record of executing growth strategies and closing first-of-kind opportunities in new markets
  • Expertise in influencing executive-level stakeholders and complex negotiations
  • Strong financial and legal acumen for building deal models and navigating agreements
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
