Responsibilities
- Pioneer new markets by identifying and securing strategic enterprise partners for embedded BNPL offerings
- Manage a robust pipeline of high-value, complex opportunities with a strong sense of urgency
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives at prospective partner organizations
- Lead complex negotiations for legal and economic terms within term sheets and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to incorporate market feedback into product development
- Lead partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment and successful go-live
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech
- Proven track record of executing growth strategies and closing first-of-kind opportunities in new markets
- Expertise in influencing executive-level stakeholders and complex negotiations
- Strong financial and legal acumen for building deal models and navigating agreements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
