Responsibilities

  • Build Flex’s go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance vertical
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales development from prospecting to contract execution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers at carriers and agencies
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and structure partnership economics
  • Shepherd partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable input for Product, Marketing, and Pricing
  • Build the auto insurance sales playbook and scalable acquisition processes
  • Leverage AI-assisted sales tools to drive pipeline efficiency

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Meaningful experience selling into or partnering with auto insurance carriers and independent agencies
  • Deep knowledge of the auto insurance market and premium payment structures
  • Proven track record of closing complex, first-of-kind enterprise deals
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong financial and legal acumen for negotiating partnership economics
  • High agency and comfort working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Fluency with AI-assisted sales tools
