Responsibilities
- Build Flex’s go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance vertical
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales development from prospecting to contract execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers at carriers and agencies
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and structure partnership economics
- Shepherd partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment
- Translate partner feedback into actionable input for Product, Marketing, and Pricing
- Build the auto insurance sales playbook and scalable acquisition processes
- Leverage AI-assisted sales tools to drive pipeline efficiency
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Meaningful experience selling into or partnering with auto insurance carriers and independent agencies
- Deep knowledge of the auto insurance market and premium payment structures
- Proven track record of closing complex, first-of-kind enterprise deals
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strong financial and legal acumen for negotiating partnership economics
- High agency and comfort working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Fluency with AI-assisted sales tools
