Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Aspire's Finance and Revenue Operations/Deal Desk functions in the UAE, establishing scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting.
  • Partner with the executive team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and board communications.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, cash flow and working capital management.
  • Drive revenue forecasting, SaaS metrics, and KPI frameworks that link operational activity to financial outcomes.
  • Provide cross-functional financial partnership to GTM, Product, and Customer teams to improve retention, predictability and unit economics.
  • Build and maintain scalable systems, dashboards and reporting to deliver timely, actionable financial insights.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years progressive finance leadership
  • Proven SaaS / tech experience
  • Deep FP&A expertise
  • Revenue operations knowledge
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • NetSuite and Salesforce familiarity
  • Advanced Excel / Sheets skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fundraising and investor relations
  • Prior leadership of deal desk or revenue operations teams
  • Experience implementing scalable finance systems in high-growth companies
  • Familiarity with UAE corporate and tax environment preferred
