Responsibilities

• Set programmatic goals and lead the development of systems, strategies, and processes
• Act as a math content-area expert for programmatic projects
• Serve as Project Lead or Project Sponsor on complex, cross-departmental initiatives
• Design and oversee high-quality, research-based professional learning content and tools
• Provide vision, direction, coaching, and oversight to direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience directing projects and leading teams
• 10+ years of experience planning and implementing projects
• 10+ years of experience working with external partners to manage workflow
• 10+ years of experience in PK-12 education
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching PK-12 students from underserved backgrounds
• 10+ years of experience leading or coaching the implementation of HQIM
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math standards
• Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for educators
• Experience with math curricula such as Amplify Desmos, Illustrative Math, or Zearn Math

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Experience providing professional learning support in consultative organizations
