Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Transformation & Epic Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise revenue cycle transformation initiatives including hospital billing, charge capture, and revenue integrity
• Direct Epic implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and post-live optimization efforts
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and financial improvement
• Manage complex, multidisciplinary programs involving finance, legal, compliance, and IT
• Drive change management and operational readiness initiatives
• Mentor and develop leaders and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 13+ years of Epic experience
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification
• Extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and hospital billing
• Experience leading large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects
• Program and project management expertise
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with academic medical centers and multi-hospital health systems
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
• Expertise in Revenue Integrity and Charge Capture
• Experience with acquisitions and integrations
• Consulting experience
