Senior Director Strategic Insights and Performance

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategic insights agenda and translate intelligence into decision-relevant implications
• Oversee market assessments, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis
• Own the enterprise consumer and market research capability
• Partner with ESO Business Strategy and Strategic Planning leaders to support opportunity sizing and portfolio assessments
• Design and set standards for the enterprise strategic performance management system, including KPI hierarchy and scorecards
• Lead, coach, and develop insights and performance management leaders and teams

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience
