Senior Dispute Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end disputes lifecycle including intake, investigation, chargeback processing, and resolution
• Author and maintain dispute SOPs ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations and network rules
• Test, deploy, and tune agentic investigation solutions and automation workflows
• Handle complex dispute scenarios, edge cases, and arbitration exceptions
• Develop representment strategies and analyze dispute trends for root cause analysis
• Define and report KPIs and KRIs for the disputes program
• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap for investigation tooling
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training programs

Requirements

• Deep experience managing card disputes and chargebacks
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection regulations and card network dispute rules
• Proven track record of owning risk or operations programs end-to-end
• Experience building, testing, or tuning automation or AI-assisted workflows
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, banks, and regulators

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a fintech, card issuer, processor, or sponsor bank
• Familiarity with SQL for dispute trend analysis
• Experience standing up or tuning LLM-based investigation workflows
• Experience managing BPO or outsourced operations relationships
