Senior Distribution & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to 3PL warehouses and outbound shipping to customers
• Oversee 3PL relationships including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management
• Lead warehouse/DC operations including QA, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy
• Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and quarterly business reviews
• Execute customer routing guides and support logistics for trade shows and display unit fabrication
• Manage transportation logistics, including freight carrier selection, import/export compliance, and hazmat handling
• Own cost and lead time optimization, freight payment, and risk mitigation
• Support rework, reconfiguration, SKU conversions, and rebalancing efforts for inventory optimization
• Oversee NPI Logistics, RMA, EOL, and scrap processes
• Facilitate product sorting, firmware reflashing, CTO, soft bundling, and overpacking

Requirements

• 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships
• Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry preferred
• Strong understanding of transportation logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in NetSuite highly desired
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Import/export certification or broker license
