At Medallion, we believe healthcare teams should focus on what truly matters - delivering exceptional patient care. We've built a leading provider operations platform to eliminate administrative bottlenecks by automating licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of complex enterprise healthcare accounts, building trusted relationships across operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders
- Align executive stakeholders through structured engagements (EBRs/QBRs) focused on measurable outcomes and ROI
- Lead large-scale client initiatives end to end, owning timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Identify, prioritize, and own resolution of internal and customer escalations and project risks
- Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Operations, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams
- Analyze customer workflows to surface inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Define, track, and communicate key success metrics through executive-level insights
- Drive adoption and long-term value realization to ensure solutions are fully embedded
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer success, engagement management, or management consulting
- Experience owning customer relationships in a SaaS startup environment
- Proven ability to drive engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights
- Demonstrated success identifying solutions and driving change
- Experience owning escalations and project risk end-to-end
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- History of driving measurable business outcomes tied to defined KPIs
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
