Senior Engineer (Platform)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures
• Build backend services using C# or TypeScript
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Infrastructure as Code
• Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver platform solutions
• Stay current on emerging technologies in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience with leadership experience
• Proficiency in C# (Functional Programming) or TypeScript
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Expertise in application and infrastructure security best practices
• Experience in system architecture and designing scalable platforms
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
