Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, owning hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Own the Tiger Cloud Console end-to-end, including the UI, observability, user management, and developer-experience features.
• Drive the strategy and delivery of developer tooling, including the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations.
• Manage billing services from the underlying infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience.
• Set technical direction across a JavaScript and Go stack, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
• Partner with Product and Design to transform roadmaps into polished, shipped features.
• Establish engineering practices and culture during periods of organizational growth and reorganization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers or engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing full-stack teams that ship customer-facing products.
• Strong technical depth in JavaScript (modern frontend) and Go (or comparable backend services).
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing domains such as billing, observability, or developer tooling.
• Ability to set technical standards and direction during periods of rapid growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building tools for technical or developer audiences (CLIs, MCP, etc.).
• Strong product sense and the ability to balance polish, velocity, and reliability.
